In the past few years, NKCCI has received university students to do internship related to exhibitions on a yearly basis, providing good social practice opportunities for the students and fulfilling its social responsibility in contributing to the development of higher education and personnel training in Macao. In order to encourage the interns to stand out and at the same time reserve talent for the future development of the company, NKCCI has decided to recruit outstanding graduates from among the interns. At the recommendation of various departments, four college graduates of the year who had been doing internship in the company for more than two years with satisfying performance were selected as candidates.

On August 30, 2017, the company organized 20 staff members to evaluate the four candidates regarding their ethics, competence, conduct and performance, and give them scores in 10 dimensions including the adaptability to corporate culture, professional skills and professionalism, learning aptitude and development potential. After the collective discussion and scoring procedure, one of them will be ultimately accepted by the company. 

This innovative attempt to recruit and train qualified personnel on campus will help attract outstanding students to participate in the exhibition activities of our company, and strengthen and standardize the cooperation mechanism between schools and our company. We can provide quality internship bases for college students in Macao and as thus fulfill our corporate social responsibilities.
